Our Construction Is Finally Happening!! (Cont..)

Well we hadn't been out to the home site for about 3 weeks because we pretty much had our minds made up to sue the builder to get our money back and buy an different home. It was just taking tooooo long. Well just for the heck of it I drove by the house and I couldn't believe my eyes!!! I had to go home and get my camera, and here are the photo's I took:

The house is framed, the roof is on, the trim is painted and the plumbing is in!!!! I can't believe it, this just goes to show, the builder can do alot in 3 weeks time, I wonder what his excuse is going to be for the 3 month delay!

I hope they utilize the cutouts for the heating and cooling vents, this will give us an even higher ceiling!! In the below picture, you can also see the reinforcement beam, this is to ensure that the living room floor is well supported!
The upstairs bath has the tub installed along with the plumbing! Anyone need a bath?
More framing and plumbing, we're really excited now!! We're considering calling off the lawyer, but the builders gonna have to keep moving before we decide to do that!!!
