Here's the Model!!
Below is the picture of the Model home that we fell in love with, our house will look similar except we won't have the coined corners or the brick above the garage, we have chosen wood trim instead! Also, our brick and shingles will be different colors!
Here we have a picture of the Layout of the home, it's called 'The Louisa II'! Our home will be approx 2400 sq. ft. with: 4 bedrooms, a den, kitchen, nook, living room, 2.5 baths, a full basement, 1st floor laundry and garage. We can't wait!!
Here's a picture looking down upon the foyer from the top of the stairs that lead to the catwalk!
Here's a picture looking at the den/foyer and the hallway that leads to the master bedroom on the main floor. The master bedroom is through that small hallway to the left of the lamp! You can also see a tab bit of the catwalk at the top!
Here's a better picture of the catwalk and the stairs!! Just to the left of the stairs is a door that leads to the basement, and next to that is a closet that just might become a wet-bar!
Let's start by taking you downstairs to the parts of the house that MEN like me like the best!!
Below is 3 pictures at different angles of the basement, it's HUGE, well at least I think it is, sure beats a crawl space!!
This particular picture below shows the corner where I'd like to put a cool bar filled with Red Wings stuff!
I don't know if you can tell, but if you can see the color of the cabinet on the top of the turnstyle to the right of the stairs, that's the color and style of the cabinets we selected for the kitchen!
